Sensitivity-Based Optimization of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Torque Characteristic Enhancement

چکیده

This paper presents a multi-objective optimal rotor design for an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) based on finite element analysis. Due to the importance of torque characteristic in electromagnetic IPMSMs, main efforts this study are focused finding proper trade-off its profile challenges. In regard, order attain high average and low ripple, influence several key factors, such as (PM) arrangements, PM positions sizes, examined. Subsequently, according outcomes performed sensitivity analysis, appropriate variation interval parameters well their initial values is determined. Employing deterministic optimization algorithm, which does not need large sample points, minimizes computational cost leads accelerate convergence process. The two-dimensional model (FEM) IPMSM used perform analysis establish FEM-based optimization.
